Van ends up on roof after crash on coastbound carriageway of M2 at Chatham

A van has ended up on its roof after crash on the coastbound carriageway of the M2.

The smash between two vans happened shortly before noon near the Chatham turn-off, junction 3.

A spokesman for police said officers have been at the scene along with paramedics.

It is not believed anyone suffered serious injury.

The spokesman added: “Kent Police was called at 11.53am on Friday 17 February 2017, regarding a collision involving two vans on the coastbound carriageway of the M2 at junction 3.

All lanes of the motorway are now open.
