Omoyinmi returns to cheer troubled Gate

Exeter 1 Margate 1

MANNY OMOYINMI'S stoppage time equaliser enabled Margate to finish a traumatic week on a high note at Exeter on Saturday.

Omoyinmi has returned to the Gate on loan after a successful spell earlier in the season and fired home a fine free-kick after home defender Chris Todd had handled.

Margate had fallen behind just after the half hour, Sean Devine heading past keeper Phil Smith from Kwame Ampadu's cross.

The Gate are in action again on Tuesday night when they face Dorchester in an FA Trophy replay at Ashford's Homelands Ground. Kick-off is at 7.45pm.

Meanwhile, Gate's off-field problems regarding their ground redevelopment continues.
