A 17-year-old youth from Cliftonville, near Margate, has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm after two men were stabbed.
Police were called to a bus shelter in 5th Avenue, Cliftonville, at about 4.20pm on Thursday and the two men were taken to the Queen Mother Hospital at Margate.
A 36-year-old man from Margate was kept in hospital, suffering from a serious neck injury.
The second man, aged 53 and from Margate, received treatment for a cut to his head and was later released from hospital.
