Despite confessing she hates having her photo taken, one Kent student is trying to find out if she is the most-snapped person on Facebook.

Ciara Joyce, of Ashford Road, Bearsted, appears in 4,965 photos on the social networking website.

The 21-year-old's appearances have prompted boyfriend Andy Gorman, 25, from East Farleigh to start his own page on the website, asking 'Is Ciara Joyce the most tagged person on Facebook?'(you have to sign up to Facebook to see the page).

Ciara admits to being amused and slightly embarrassed by her new found web fame.

She said: "I am certainly not an extrovert who is always jumping in front of the camera. In fact I don't like having my photo taken."

Ciara also thinks it may be because she had a digital camera before most of her friends.

She said: "When I was younger I was always taking it out and so when Facebook came along, all my friends wanted me to put them on the site."

Ciara is a former pupil at Maidstone's St Simon Stock school. She is now studying marketing, advertising and PR at Worcester University.
