Gang attack victim suffers blood clot on brain

A 30-year-old man was left with a blood clot on his brain after being assaulted by four men on New Year's Day.

The victim was returning to a party he had been to in London Road, Dover, after getting some air at around 1am when he was attacked by the gang.

He lost consciousness during the assault and underwent surgery at William Harvey Hospital in Ashford. He also suffered cuts and bruises.
